We want you to love it. If you don’t, you can return it for up to 30 days after delivery. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error. All return items must have original tags and packaging; and has not been installed, used, or modified. We stand by our products – if your order arrives damaged or defective or you’d like to order replacement parts, we can help right away.

Do you want to cancel your order?
- If you wish to cancel your order and the goods have not been delivered, you can do so within 2 working days of placing the order by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 01253 622 984. We will refund the amount to you and any delivery charges.
- If you choose to cancel your order for late delivery you will have to return them to us and we will pay the costs of this. After you cancel your order we will refund any money paid to us for the cancelled goods and their delivery.
Do you want to return something?
- If your item is faulty you can return any item for a refund within 30 days of receiving your original order.
- We’ll send your replacement to the original delivery address.
- The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way. All goods will be inspected on return.
- We hope you don’t but if you change your mind, it is your responsibility to organise and pay for delivery back to Buy an eBike Ltd.
- We recommend you obtain proof of postage for all returns. Our returns address is will depend on which products you have bought. We will provide this to you on receipt of your return request.
